As someone who has spent his 35+ year in the retail industry, I think is more than likely that last mile/direct to consumer delivery will continue to grow faster than store based retail. And I do think it is wise to work to protect neighborhoods.

Last mile can grow and it doesn’t have to be delivered in an hour…

Thank you David- agree. Consumers should have access to goods without the burden and impacts clustered and put on a few communities especially since the handful communities experiencing these impacts are environmental justice communities
